    Tom is your go-to for all levels of high performance training, specialising in injury prevention and athletic success!

    Tom has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years, after enduring over 3 years of health education. He remains engaged in courses to maintain a high-standard of practice for his passion of personal training. Toms drive stems from  his own experience in a wide range of competitive sports; football, motor-cross and more!

    Max’s innovation and passion for the fitness industry is palpable. He is always broadening his knowledge to ensure better performance outcomes and has been a great asset to TOMFIT for the past 4+ years.

    Strength and conditioning for all levels of athletes are his strength, while he also loves motivating you in one of his highly engaging spin or strength classes!

    Bella is an enthusiastic trainer who enjoys all aspects of training and is known to specialise in a range of classes, including but not limited to her energising Monday night spin! She operates collaboratively and mindfully with all members and their goals to deliver highly useful and challenging programs!

    Joe’s passion for training and movement is backed by a strong academic foundation, having recently completed his Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science. He brings a wealth of up-to-date knowledge to every session, with a strong focus on strength & conditioning, injury prevention, and group fitness.

    Whether you’re building strength, training smart to stay injury-free, or feeding off the energy in a group class, Joe’s motivating and approachable style helps you get the most out of every session.
